I have been trying to return items for over 2 months & I can’t even get an address to send the orders back that were supposed to be canceled but shipped anyway & after I needed them. This is no way to conduct a legitimate business.
They still haven’t gotten my package from them which was told to be here no later than February 7th. It is now February 18th and every time I try to contact them they give me the runaround I no longer will do business with these people. I called my USPS in USA and they said that the package never showed up that they made a ticket for it or a sticker for it but the package never showed up so it’s a ghost package and their terminology so basically I paid for nothing
This online is just scams.
We’re ordering whatever they showed us and they sent me just dirty kind of used hoodies. I called them in customer service number and always they are not available all the time. Please don’t give orders for this online.
They are just fruad people
