Worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to make contact for 4 days now. Referred to make WhatsApp contact and my message hasn’t even been read. I’ve been told that my order has been delivered, yet I have not received it. Shipping invoice shows it to be delivered to another person in another part of the country. I’ve made various inquiries, and have yet to receive response. Not a very good 1st experience shopping with Privalia.
