Renewed my car policy through policy bazar on 01/11/2019.(Ref no. 155363528)
I was suppose to recieve my soft copy in “minutes” of payment.
But now after almost 24 hours, I am being told (that too, when I called), that my policy cannot be renewed, as I have opted for the same insurance company as my previous policy.
This is unprofessional.
Your agent should have known that such a rule for renewal existed.
