About Oysters Beach
Oysters Beach is an amusement cum water park located in Gurgaon. Open from 11am to 7pm on all days, the park boasts of some of the best indoor and outdoor games. They include thrilling water rides and various slides. There are about 15 water rides in the park. There is also an artificial beach like area to help guests relax. Additionally, there are multi-speciality restaurants for those looking to pamper their pallette.
Ticket rates vary for adults, kids and senior citizens. The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. It can be purchased at the ticket booths or online using major credit/debit cards. I tried calling them from last four days, but after being on hold for almost 30 minutes every day then to no one picked up the call. A pathetic customer care people & this leads to the state that they are even least bothered & interested on the same.
I am trying to call you guys from last 2 hours and no body available to pick my call. Why do you show your contact details here if you cannot give the better services. I sent a email as well but I didn’t get any response.
I called yesterday as well then after 30 min sb picked my call and told me that you have to contact us tomorrow because today is closed because of some technical issues and Sunday also can be closed.
Now nobody are available to pick my call.
