The subway serves the areas of Higashiosaka, Kadoma, Moriguchi, Sakai, Suita, and Yao. It operates 8 lines, connecting to about 123 stations. Each day more than 25,000,000 use the services.

Osaka Subway lines consist of Midosuji Line, Tanimachi Line, Yotsubashi Line, chuo Line, Sennichimae Line, Sakaisuji Line, Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line and Imazatosuji Line. The tram operates as Nank? Port Town Line. Commuters using the Osaka Subway enjoy free Wifi on their computer or smartphone.
