I have today collected new glasses from Belmont Forum. I have no complaints about the staff or the glasses. But you cannot help but look down when entering this store. The condition of the carpet floor covering is disgusting, it is not just stained once but multiple times. With so much work going on in the centre I thought perhaps you were due to shift into a different location but was advised you were not.
The condition of the carpet has not happened overnight. It really is very very bad, and reflects on your business. You should be ashamed of the state it is.
