I am not happy with the way my trip was managed. When I called to say I want to cancel I was told I couldn’t and I was found a better deal. I was not informed that this deal would be added to my already booking. It was not transparent at all. Now I am being charged for two bookings instead of one. The original I was told was cancelled and I would pay $200 plus the new booking. That is not the case. The first booking has not been cancelled and I am being charged an exorbitant amount of money. My booking is for #327 US plus $200 and this is what I will pay, not $704 US.
