I am a now to customer and I recently also got broadband and phone as well as tv . But I cannot access online app for now tv . This means I have to use my top box which I brought separately a year before , or I would not be able to watch the programmes ,as I only have Sony android smart TVs . I thought I would have got a box when I signed up but only got a the broadband box!,which means I am getting a limited service and have not been able to speak to anyone and I have tried really hard , but I am old and new to all this Tec .
