Neyland Stadium was first opened in the year 1921. It is a football stadium located in Knoxville, Tennessee and is named after General Robert R Neyland. The stadium, being the sixth largest in the US, boasts of a seating capacity of 102,000. Home of the Tennessee Volunteers, the stadium has had several renovations in the past, the last being in phases from 2005 to 2010.

We purchased two tickets from Ticketmaster as a giveaway promotion for our business. The ladies who tried to attend the concert arrived to find people sitting in their seats. They were informed that there must have been dual tickets, and no remedy was offered to remove the other people from their seats. Is this common practice with your employees? Highly disappointed in the customer care given to these two ladies. These ladies had to wander and find open seats… which were not even next to each other. One of these ladies is battling stage four cancer.. so this made splitting up extremely difficult and stressful for them, Quite understandably!
