I purchased a Silk Saree worth Rs. 16802/- from Nalli Silk Store, Anna Market, Chennai on 14.01.2023. I thought that the saree from such a reputed store will split from crease. I got the Blouse stitched and fall put on saree. I wore the saree and soon I found that I split from the crease.
I am staying in Rajasthan and I asked my relative living in Chennai to talk to shopkeeper about the complaint. Now, he is asking Tag and Bill.
I have given transaction details and Bill can be verified from transaction. Such a big store should look into the complaints and feed back of consumers and should give satisfactory response rather than denying assistance by giving various excuses.
