I tried to place an order on line yesterday (19th) but could not. I called the 800 number, and a very nice young lady placed the order for me. It was charged to my American Express account ending in 93002 in the amount of $97.85 which is correct. However, we discovered this morning that my wife’s American Express acct. ending in 33008 was charged $97.85 AND $117.80. This is an error. Please remove these 2 charges from her account and do not ship these items. The 2 pillows charged to my account should be the only order we have with you folks at the moment. Thanks for your help, please let me know when the charges have been removed either by Email or phone.
We have purchased four mypillows, had no problem, found them to be very comfortable. Problem arose, after washing and drying. All have a very distinct chemical odor. We immediately removed them to the garbage, since it had been a few months since they had been purchased,and we felt a refund would not be honored.
I have no idea what causes the smell of chemicals, but new customers should be warned of it’s distinct presence. I also cannot believe it is healthy for customers to breath chemical odors on a nightly basis.

Yes, we had ordered two standard queen pillows. Now was tore all on one side after we put it in the dryer. One of your people that I finally got a hold of told me what to do to get a RMA . We received the new one today but no RMA in the box or whatever. On the sheet that came with the one pillow today has on the order slip one Blue S/Queen—Exchange and under that it says RLPillowUS-1 . Then it saysExchange Label-pillows. Is this slip my RMA.
I am concerned about my pillows that I received because I ordered 2 Kingsize pillows in medium density. When I lay my head on them , my head sinks down in the middle with the sides ballooned around each side of my head. I think I would love them if they showed more firmness.
I have been trying to get a mattress topper that is not defective. Received my second replacement of the original defected topper. I guess three strikes and you’re out!!! I have tried to contact my pillow about the problem, but they are not responding. I am beginning to lose faith in the company!!!!
Order the queen size mattress topper. It’s great and well worth the price. However, the two pillows that came with order are defective. Made a call and described my situation regarding the 2 defective pillows. I was immediately denied. I asked to be transferred and the second young lady repo def identically stating that her supervisor denied replacing the two pillows. I stated that there was not filling in either pillow and would appreciate a replacement. She said no you received medium filled pillows and they were free. But even though free they were defective. I asked to be transferred. I was transferred to a supervisor and after a lengthy call she said she would replace both pillows. My wife over heard the conversation and told me to call back and cancel the order. She explained that the customer experience was not close to meeting expectations. Customers should not have to beg to receive a quality product. I called back and cancelled the replacement pillows and took a scissors to both pillow and put them in the garbage where they belong. Just communicating that customer experience and expectations are crucial to the success of any business. Unfortunately, my pillow experience was sad and in future I will not be doing business with the company. I find it sad cause Mike Lindall is on Fox News commercials repeatedly. I am sure he would have handled this situation more professionally and being sensitive to my medical condition. To argue for better service and to be told NO within seconds of conversation is not a company my wife and I choose to deal with.
Just received my slippers. Order number #206692947, shoe #74021-02. They are beautiful and well packaged. However they are also two different sizes, one is a woman’s 6 and the other one a 7. I have tried to call customer service but will not hold on one hour and 40 minutes.
Your stuff is not worth what you are asking for it. I bought 2 king size pillows, used them for a while. Wasted my money! My dogs won’t even sleep on them!!! So tired of Mike crying about loosing business. It’s his fault for charging so much for junk! Can buy it cheaper and better quality at Walmart! Even the BBB has given him an F. So sad ? Quit crying and get real.
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pair of slippers for my wife with expedited shipping to get here before Christmas. Instead I got 3 pairs which arrived after Christmas. It took a month to return the items and still have not received a refund.
Same here, trying to return a pair of slippers and I’ve spent over two hours on it so far with no resolution in sight. I called literally two days after received the slippers to return them. The time frame for the return was not the problem.
Excellent customer service!! I purchased a mattress topper, the quality was excellent, unfortunately it was too firm for my comfort. Contacted customer service, I has already opened it and re packaging it would have been next to impossible, they had me donate it to a non profit with a receipt. Emailed a photo of the receipt and had my refund inside an hour. Great people to deal with! Oh and I love the pillows.
