Madras Rubber Factory (MRF) was established as a toy-balloon manufacturing company in the year 1946. Founded by KM Mammen Mappillai, MRF began manufacturing of tyres in 1961. The tube is getting punctured every third day without any nail or any other thing piercing. I checked with the mechanic. The tyre is of poor quality. Service center owner is not accepting that it is a manufacturing defect of the tyre.

It is regret to inform you that my past experience with MRF has not been good, and it seems my ordeal still continues with my new Etios Liva car. I purchased the car last year from Toyota Motors, Ratlam. Only after 7000kms, the car has wearing issues of both front tyres.

I am Akash from belgaum. I wanted to inform you that i have purchased a new bike ( Hero Honda Passion pro ) on Jan 30th 2012 which has striked 1145 km. From past few days there is a problem in the rear tyre as informed by the Hero Honda Service centre & they have also given me the letter for the
replacement of MRF tyre (REAR). I visited MRF office at Belgaum, Karnataka thrice and there was no service engineer to look after. At last I found him and he just inspected the tyre and said he will give the new tyre provided i pay Rs300. But the problem is that he is not providing me the tyre of the same pattern. I need the tyre (button type) which is already been fixed to my bike by Hero Honda and I purposely chose a bike which was having the MRF button tyre. At MRF
office its said that they will give me the tyre which has lines instead of buttons provided the other pattern of button tyre is available at the office. Sir this is not fair. I need the same pattern tyre. The service at Belgaum is not at all good. We have a lots of hope on MRF & its the best. So you kindly contact MRF office Belgaum.
