I recently purchased one of your cases with the metal finger ring on the back. I had the case for 2 weeks and the metal ring broke and literally came off in my hand. This caused my new Iphone 6 to fall smashing the screen. I am writing to request I am re-imbursed for the cost of my replacement screen which was caused by your faulty goods. I took the case back to the shop who assures me this is not normal for your products, however he said I needed to contact you because damage caused by faulty goods needs to be covered by the supplier i.e. you. I have the receipt for the new phone, receipt for the replacement screen, receipt for the phone case and have photos of the faulty case. Please let me know what you would like me to do now, but the £120 cost of my new screen should be paid for by you as the goods were faulty. As you are aware, the Consumer Rights Act says the product must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Obviously this is not the case in this instance. Regards, Mick Batty
