Further to your email to me via Amazon of 6/10/2018, I would like to confirm that I posted this item back to you today (13/10/2018) by first class mail at 10.26am, from my local post office. I have the certificate of posting here, which I was going to scan and send to you, but it doesn’t seem that’s technically possible. I am still aggrieved that you didn’t emphasise that this book was in FRENCH!!!…you have put me to a lot of trouble.
