Someone needs to help O’Connell realize what an important piece Adam Theilen is to the team. In years past he has done an excellent job especially in the red zone. This year he is barely being used. So many times I have seen him open on the field and he is not being used. For a team that has so much on the line right now, someone should re-think some of this
