Extremely poor customer services from karachi contact center. I’ve been waiting on call for about more than 15 minutes. i need to place an order for johartown Q block and they’re saying the branch is closed for some technical issues and now when ive tried to get into the reasons Kashan say its on you can place the order and now the some contact center guy again says its closed. ive been a loyal mcdonalds customer for more than 20 years and now I think i’d better ignore and go for nasir bong
I went additional 9 km from motorway exit near Abbotabad to reach McDoland’s. I placed an order of 3 chicken burgers and McArabia and 1 happy meal at 1603L for dine in. After waiting so long near 1652L when I proceeded to counter I came to know that they have missed my order. My kids were starving and serving staff has no worries while delivering others. Unfortunately I had to raise my voice then they noticed by 1700L. A visitor there introduced him as Mc Doland’s regional manager witnessed the mess. He didn’t do anything except few times sorry. When I received my order at 1710L happy meal was missing the toy which was focused point for my little 4 years girl. Though I had mentioned no ice in drinks but the drinks were full of ice. The counter staff named Asad tried his best for service recovery and kept visiting us until we left. He also tried to serve us free ice cream. I’m not sure that my complaint will be addressed with feedback as I have very bad experience of customer services in Pakistan.
I called tonight to place an order. Customer service Representative Named Kamran talked to me and after a few minutes talk about my order, he insisted me to cut the call. When I asked to take my order, he Refused and again told me to cut the call and suddenly dropped the call without any reason. A very strange, rude and abnoxious behaviour. I am sure McDonald’s Pakistan management won’t tale any action against this incident, as usual.
So disappointed that now have decided not to place an order and shall convince my friends/family to Stop eating McDonald’s.
We are sitting at McDonald’s seaview Karachi and here we got cold fries as the server was looking for the table for 5 minutes. Later for 5 people we got three paper napkins and we got cold cardamom tea. Which all was replaced but we lost the taste of immediate service.
Our family went to Mcdonald at Jinnah Park Rawalpindi yesterday and placed an order (Order no 201 for 9-piece crispy spicy chicken and some other things) at 23:02:13 hours. Despite waiting for a long time and requesting the staff three times, ultimately the food was served after 37 minutes. I requested to see the Manager to which first Mr Nayar came over and introduced himself as Service Manager. On complaining to him that the order was served very late and was not correct also, he started giving lame excuses such as “didn’t the guy at the cash counter tell you that these orders take a lot of time?”. After some time, Mr Ali came over and introduced himself as Floor Manager. He also indulged in similar unnecessary and lame arguments.
My point is that Mcdonald should pay utmost attention to customer service and tand to customer complaints the proper way they should be dealt with. Plus your staff needs to be courteous towards customers; after all, you charge money and do not dole out food for free!
I would appreciate if proper disciplinary action is taken against both these individuals and training in customer relations be done for your staff so that such misdemeanors are not repeated. I would appreciate feedback on the action taken in this regard.
Poor services from Karachi. Order punch two Chicken Mac Rs 980/- than take away meal MC chicken not once many many times. Non qualified staff along with management from Karachi Pakistan.
I ordered 6 Mcflurry oreo today from app around 4:20pm. After 15 min someone called from DHA phase 1 outlet and asked for address confirmation. After hanging up I called back immediately to ask for credit card machine and I was told that rider has already left for delivery. At 5pm I received a call again and I was told that icecream machine is not working. Extremely poor attitude from Waqas who is outlet manager according to himself. Please I expect better from food chain like McDonald’s. Extremely disappointed.
I went to McDonald’s F 9 park Islamabad
With my family early morning around 5 am after picking my son from the airport, we ordered takeaway and literally had to wait for 30 minutes and due to this late service people were fighting each other and with the McDonald’s staff after getting stuck in the long ques. This was not the first time this happened we also got underprepared food and I am extremely disappointed that this type of service is given to the customers in Pakistan by one of the best food chains in the world
Today I visited McDonald’s F 9 Park around 7 PM (ORDER # 43)I ordered a family deal that contains four burgers, nuggets and cold drink. I got the delivery in 3 minutes but all the stuff except nuggets was not fresh. I think it was cooked at least an hour before our visit. I called the waiter and asked for fresh food stuff but after ten minutes I again got same French fries, burgers were still not upto mark. Hot coke was served, on enquiry waiter told us that they don’t have cold one. Furthermore sprite is not available in F 9 McDonald’s. A detailed review of customer services should be done to fix responsibility. Food department must visit the premises to ensure delivery of fresh and quality food to customers.
Today at 10.30pm I ordered 3 burger and 3 shakes deal and a happy meal. We waited for the order for 10 mins and then received it. We came home and checked the order and to my surprise there were two burgers. At this time i was not able to go again and complaint. But a multinational chain like McDonald’s shouldn’t be doing such negligence. Customer satisfaction should be your first priority.
Hi, this complaint is in regards to the absurd experience I had today at 6am (2nd Aug, 2021). The breakfast open at 6am sharp. First of all the drive thru was closed when I reached there at 6:03am so I had to take the car all around and walk all the way to the window for the order where I stood for about 10mins before anyone came to the window. As I was ordering I was told that the coffee isn’t available cause the machine wasn’t not ready and it would take another 5mins. When I asked for the manager there (Elezar) he started shouting at the employees and abusing them telling them to package and get out which isn’t how the employees are to be treated. Branch manager Elezar came to the window and took my order which was punched in at 6:16am that means I was standing in the drive way for 15mins now. And my order was given to me at 6:23am which means 8mins taken to make a breakfast order which should not be more than 1min and 30 seconds or maybe less.
I’m a resident of Dha phase 8 and we order McDonalds every other day but now we have lessened the number of orders cause of the quality of service and food. The last two home deliveries at night were horrible and we had to throw the fries away cause they had a smell to them. I did file a complaint before as well.
We just received our order from McDonald’s. We ordered 2 Spicy McCrispy 1 with chipotle sauce. First the burgers and fries both were cold second few fries were over fried and both the burgers were burned also. Cost is too much and delivery of food is too bad. Waste of money.
