I have tried for TWO WEEKS to make contact with a Magnavox representative regarding my Infrared Heater. Callbacks don’t happen and suggested websites don’t have contact info. You can bet my future purchases will NOT be from Magnavox !!!
We bought a 55 Magnavox tv in 2017 at Christmas. Not even two years old and it will not stay on. Are you kidding me?? We spent at least $500.00 for this set and not even two years. So we have to buy another flat screen and it will NOT be Magnavox. The thing is we never had a problem before with this brand before, that is why we bought again. Thank you.
