Do I need Brain Transplant?
I spent 5 hours between yesterday and today trying to pay my bills for both my home line and my business line. I have a new credit card and it worked for my home line but the phone that I really need – my business line (I am a psychologist), there is a problem which is on the end of MagicJack. I have been told I have to wait 35 days for you to correct the problem.
I explained that I am a psychologist and coach and patients have to reach me. There seems to be no compassion or morality, as my business line was cancelled. I was told you are having technical problems, yet i was able to pay for the home phone and most, importantly, the business line was disconnected.
I asked that considering that I have been for about 5 hours in the last 2 days, that you connect the phone and not disconnect it. The supervisor was not helpful, the billing was not helpful nor were the sales.
They don’t understand the importance of me having access to my phone as I am a mental health care professional. I am expected to wait for you to reconnect the phone and figure the problem for you to figure out the problem after the fact. I am very frustrated by the service and the lack of caring.
