Lumigon is a consumer electronics company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 2009, Lumigon released its first smartphone T1 in 2010. The Android phone was followed by another version, the T2. In June 2016, Lumigon announced the T3. The T3 supposedly is the world’s first smartphone with Night Vision camera that allows taking pictures and making videos in total darkness.

I bought a Lumigon T3 phone and this problem has arisen.
I bought the phone free, running with any telephone company, but it does not run with Vodafone Spain. I have tried with Movistar or Pepephone SIM cards and it works.
My SIM card from Vodafone is in good condition, runs on any other phone (Sony, Alcatel …) but not with the Lumigon T3. I have tried with other phones of the same model Lumigon T3 and sim cards from Vodafone do not run in Spain. Message:”Not sim card”, but sim card is in Lumigon T3.
Can this problem be solved, how to do it?

I purchased a new lumigon T3 on the 24/1/18 from amazon and am having a few problems with it ! The battery life will only last 10 hours, thats if I don’t use it !! If I use it for calls or browsing I am lucky if it last a couple of hours.
How can I get this repaired or exchanged for a new phone without problems
