Worst service ever, lloyd service team and service center guys are so ignorant and do false commitment, they take 10-15 days to attend the service call and that too after calling many time.

I have purchased 3 air-conditioning units from Vijay Sales at Vasai, dated on 20/04/2011. One of my unit has recently stopped working, the fan has also stopped working. The outdoor unit works fine and there is cooling in the pipes, but there is no air flow. I checked on the remote and there is noting wrong with the remote or the function, i am surprised that I have never been called by the service center to inquire about the service required for my units as per the 1 year free service since the very 1st year of my purchase. Also i want to know is there a warranty for the faulty parts and until what period is the warranty?
I purchased 8 Window AC’s in July 08. Compressors of two of them needed replacement. After a lot of persuasion for 20 days the compressors were changed. Inspite of all efforts by your technicians the AC’s are still not working.
I want to buy LLOYD LCD 32″ in Jaipur city. I heard that in one offer it is available in Rs.16000 with USB Port. If it is there plz send me exact address in jaipur city.
I had purchased 32″ lcd tv from vijay sales mahim. There was problem with the speaker so i made complaint at vijay sales. After 15 days engineer came with faulty speaker and installed. Once again i made complaint at your service centre and they gave me the complaint no i.e. leel040512 and said problem wil be resolved with in 3 working days. For last 10 days nobody has bothered to call or rectify the problem. I am totally fed up with the service.

On Oct 21 I purchased a 32″ Lloyds LED from Vijay Sales. I am facing problem with the model from the first day. Twice your engineers visited but couldnt solve. I need a new piece or a refund.
i will purchase 32″ or 42″lcd of lloyd company please tell me if it is totally chinese or indian & where is service station.
