They are a large pair… i have been trying to get through the New customer care number no1 has ever answered the number…. and I’ve been stuck with a pair of expensive pair…i want to exchange it for a smaller pair but i am stuck as to how to do it???
I really do not like the after sale service…

I Mridul & I came across the ad of this website on Yahoo mail. On visiting the website, I found that the clothes were smartly designed and decently priced, so I went ahead and ordered a floral cotton dress.
To be honest, initially I was a little apprehensive of the what to expect as this was my first online purchase of an apparel that too based on an advertisment … But to me pleasant surpise – I received the shipment the very next day , the dress was packed in a very cool black box and the quality of material was great :) ..
I had ordered for Nike Chromo Thong on June 3. I called the customer care and spoke to them on 5th of June asking for the status of my product. The guy replied saying that my product will be shipped within 15 days. Again I called the customer care on 11th of June and spoke to some supervisor named Ranjit. That guy assured me that the product will be delivered to me by 15th of June. On 16th when I call back Ranjit to ask about the status of the product, he said that its not available and he has cancelled the order and it will take 21 days for the money to be refunded. If you don’t have a product in stock then why do you put it on display. I’m totally annoyed with my order (653267).Sorry to say I will strongly discourage my friends from shopping on your website.
The customer care phone lines are also not working.I doubt that the site is fake
I placed an order and when i am tracking that order the sites says that it is complete ,but i want to actually know that when it will be delivered. it says nothing about the delivery procedure

I have purchased a hp 16 GB pen drive (dated-14/12/2011 ; invoice number- koovs-1-13737 )which is still running under warranty period and is not working properly. It’s quite astonishing to see that a pen drive of such a company have started showing defect. It’s transaction number is 291154 and order number is 297953;delivery method BD.I hope that immediate action will be taken and my pen drive will be replaced with a new one.
