The reaction and response by Kapruka Sri Lanka representative was most frustrating and
very unprofessional with a negative attitude too.
My daughter placed the order on 15th of January 2018 for the above vouches. The vouchers had been back dated to read as 15th December 2017 and valid for six months. In reality this should have been valid for six months from the date of purchase which is 15th January 2018
On my query to the response by the representative Angelo over the phone was rude and unbelievable.
When I requested for fresh vouches with correct purchase date it was told that they are unable to do so due to certain restrictions. Since I was not pleased with their response the choice was to called for the refund and even this was beyond standard business ethics. The demanded for the vouches first but refused to provide any proof of acceptance of the vouches nor the date they will arrange the refund to the customer.
I have made over 15 calls and results were very stubborn, experiencing the representative disconnects the telephone line rudely avoiding the conversation. These behaviors highlights that they are unprofessional to this business as they do have a ego attitude staff at order desk.
The representative Angelo rudely said that I could go and lodge any complaints anywhere I wish as they are not lease worried.
I pronounce that this is day time robbery and with a bunch of professional cheaters tarnishing the names of their service providers.
