JetPrivilege is a frequent flier programme of Jet Airways. Members of JetPrivilege can earn miles on flights, hotel stays and other partner products. Members of the programme can get faster tier upgrades, JPMiles upgrade, transfer JPMiles, redeem JPMiles, purchase JPMiles, get lounge access, priority check-in and boarding, priority baggage handling, and much more. JetPrivilege has five membership tiers: Blue, Blue Plus, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Members of JetPrivilege can earn JPMiles on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and Jet Airways’ codeshare flights. Merger of JP Membership Account – Not Resolved
I have raised a request to merger of JP Membership Account – 232351490 from 19th July 2017 with Reference ID = 011-576-344 which is still not Resolved.
I have been following up continuously by emails & also by calling the Jetairways support number.
Only Assurance are been committed to resolve the merger issue – both on telephone as well as emails.
It is now long wait to get this issue re-solved. It seems that Jet airways such a huge organization does not pay any attention to customers. It takes the customers for granted, I guess this is the strategy to play with customers & take them on ride.
Such a is horrible & terrible Service provided on ground.
This is ridiculous as I have been speaking to your customer care 12-15 times from last week but no action was taken.
This process is disappointing. If this is how you would treat a so called “jet privileged” member then why at all these schemes in place?

I am Sanjeev Kumar Bhatia, having JP member number 136718444. I am very frequent flyer with Jet airways. I would like to draw your attention that for last more than a year I have traveled through jet airways for more than 23 flights but my Jet privilege membership is not upgraded. It is still showing Blue Plus status. Not only this, my JP miles have not been added for all these flights. This is ridiculous, as when I spoke to your customer care twice in last three months, no action was taken and I was finally told to send a mail to customer care, which I have done now. I hope you will take appropriate action and do the needful.
Me and My family have enrolled for the Jet Privilege Family+ programme. My Jet Privilege membership number is: 105240542. The request for adding my wife and 2 children is fully approved. This Family+ account is still not activated as the back end customer service team says that they will call each member my wife & my 2 kids for activation.
this process is disappointing and bureaucratic given to understand that my kids are in school or are in their tuition classes how does Jet Airways wants them to pick their mobile phone? Moreover, my kids are 14 years and 17 years, why would they accept phone call from unknown person and disclose their details? Is this what is expected from Jet Airways?
This is not acceptable for Jet airways to call my kids for activation. This programme is just a hogwash and absolutely not user friendly.

I tried booking to and fro flights (domestic) using JP miles however to my dismay i found all the seats sold out whereas when i opted for Cash i found that the seats were shown available for the same flight. This is absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you would treat a so called “jet privileged” member then why at all these schemes in place? I felt absolutely let down for having transferred my JP miles and not being given an opportunity to make use of it. Also another activity that I found exclusively for those availing the JP miles is that they are provided only those flights with higher rates and not the basic/deal,always sighting reason as “sold out” however if the same is opted through Cash it becomes available.This is extremely disappointing. Hoping that I receive an amicable solution to the concern raised.
I have sent my boarding passes of code share flight to add miles many times but did not get any response. Can’t see in my miles summary about miles added to which journey. i hope they will work out and be transparent about the journey traveled and miles added.also, request them to add miles for my previous journeys with jet and code share flight as i travelled abroad often but no clue where my miles has gone.

I have a HDFC co-branded card and purchased a business class international ticket on April 7th 2016.the miles for the purchase and getting the co-branded card have not been credited despite more than 20 emails to the customer service and sending proofs of ticket , debit card statement , and other documents required. At least five different customer service executives replied that the matter is being looked into and will be answered positively soon. I have asked for an address of sr executive so I can send documents by mail as the executives either unable to read or pretend inability.

I have been calling your customer care executives since 30th July everyday, not once but 5times everyday. This is because everytime I call, they ask me to call back in 1hour.
Apart from this, I was told since 1st August that my baggage has arrived at the Lucknow airport and will soon be delivered to the Kanpur home address given. However, when I called them today; different people told me different stories on 3different calls I made, within a span of 2hours.
One of them (Miss Deepali) told me that it is at the Delhi airport yet and when I asked her to confirm the status of my luggage then she told me its at the lucknow airport. Then again I asked her to confirm and she told me its at the Delhi airport. She confessed that she did not check my file and just told me what she wanted to. Another executive told me that it is at the Delhi airport and has not been forwarded to the Lucknow airport yet, despite me calling everyday and getting to know that my luggage has already arrived at the Lucknow airport on 1st August. This is extremely disrespectful how Jet Airways has been treating me in the past week. It was not expected to get such a misleading response from Jet airways.
Then i got my call forwarded to their supervisor named Mr.Yuvraj Singh and he told me that my luggage is at the Lucknow airport.

Sorry to say but jet Airways have all the options in their IVR when you call them for any kind of service but i think they have forgotten to add frequent flyer members as there is no option exist for them in case some one want to speak to an executive directly , its such a waste of time because you don’t know which key to press and if you happened to press a wrong key than you will be on hold for say 6 or 10 minutes may be more.
My jet privilege card no.is xx. I had travelled from Bangkok to Delhi on 26 nov 2011 (flt no.0063 class v). As i did not have my card, my mileage was not credited. I kindly request you to do so now.
