    I have ordered an item wide order number 180106576330609 and not yet delivered yet and i got an email with delivery confirmation. After i register a complaint they have communicated such that its delivered without mentioning the courier name and contact number of the courier agent.

    The service offered by Jabong is very bad and we lost the money totally it seems. So who ever read this please avoid order anything in Jabong

    I have ordered 2 sets of shoes but unfortunately received only Sneakers but till date chasing for Black formal shoes. In spite of constant follow up with complaint no 48815456 dated 26th Sep 2017 , till date no response where it has been delivered .
    Requesting your respective department to either have physical verification from your end for logistic team . In case your investigating team is so engaged with new orders than kindly credit shoes amount in my bank account . Please do the needful to avoid any further inconvenience .

    Why Jabong takse so much time to deliver the products. They take 6-7 days to sip the products. Over all they take 12-15 days to deliver the product. More than worse experience with your delivery process.

    I am so frustated now. Tried calling customer care like 10 times a day and no one is picking up. Dropped up an email 10 times didn’t got any reply there also.
    Can you tell me whats the issue with Jabong customer care support? Should we stop buying things from jabong??????

    There are two products I want to return but on your website the status of the order is not updated yet.
    So I am not able to generate the return request and as usual no one is attending my call on your customer care number.
    Generate a return request for me and schedule a pickup from the same address where delivery was done as soon as possible. Mentioning the details below.

    I am having a problem to log in my Jabong personalized account. While trying to log in, it is showing that the email address and the password is not matching. So I contacted your customer care for help and he suggested me to click on the forgot password yet it is not logging in. So he asked me to give my bank account details in order to transfer my amount of Rs. 999\- in my bank account. So I just wanted to know the process of providing my bank account detail.

    I called up one of the customer care workers in regards to my order that I placed online. I specifically told them to cancel my order which they said they would complete, however it’s still showing that the order hasn’t been “cancelled” but it is still “procuring” which means it’s still being processed.

    I want this matter to be dealt with immediately, as nothing has been done so far no matter how many times I call due to this issue.

    I doubt I would again order from this site. Recently placed an order for a Lee Cooper shoe of Rs 2085. As I was not satisfied with the quality of the product, I requested for a reverse pickup. The logistics company calls me but forgets to do the pickup same day. They then report to Jabong that they visited and I was unavailable. Well understandable, they have to deal with hundreds of sick customers everyday. So a little wrong reporting should not hurt. Frustrated, I call the customer service of Jabong and request them do the pickup. Called at least thrice and each time am told “Sir we will escalate your complaint. This shall be sorted out at the earliest possible”. No phone calls or any response.

    Sad, but have to conclude that Jabong’s customer service is very poor. They try to portray themself as very customer friendly, but it is not the case. They train their agents to speak in all American accent and have them in a mandated-and-forced manner say “Please”, “Thank You”, “We understand your patience”..etc. Firstly, its strange when Ravi or Raju picks up the phone with an all American accent (totally fails). The flow of words dont match. Why cant they speak normally? Notice that their actual accent comes out at the middle of end of the conversation (;-). You are not Citibank guys! Secondly, why this smooth talk and all show of being customer friendly. It is simple: Address the concerns, have a team follow-up the escalated complaints, keep a track on whether the matter has been successfully handled.

    Almost forgot! Why are your guys promoting your company with your own people writing all fake reviews and stuffs. For instance one Ms Sweta can be seen commenting on jabongreviews.wordpress .com writing that the service is great. The same person again on another site (Quora I believe) is seen writing something more exaggerated on the customer service. Why all this? Probably to beat your rivals and get all that super good face? Wont work guys, at the end of the day the customer decides who is great and who isnt. Just ensure they are taken care, and the rest will be taken care!!

    Here are some tips for Jabong to improve their services:

    1) Please improve your customer service. Have them speak some decent English. Teach them to be polite and humble. They behave like the bosses. Your life online depends on consumers like us, dont forget!

    2) Put more discounts and offers on your website. There are other new portals who claim they “offer up to 50%” discount and they are true to their word. I recently got a jumper for half the price from a new shopping site. Be realistic guys!

    3) Please improve the timeframe of sending products. Consumers like me wouldnt want to wait for a week to receive a tee. We would rather walk through a store, pick our fav and finish our shopping in 30 mins.

    I ordered an organic surge shampoo from your site and guess what? I have been cheated. The product is supposed to be a uk brand which is totally not upto the mark. It is diluting like water. I strongly suspect that the product has been messed around with and has no fragrance at all. Spoke to the customer care and found out they don’t refund on the purchase of shampoo. Made a mistake by trusting the site. Pathetic products and pathetic policies.

    I am too upset and it hurts me to see your ADS popping up each time…. I am still surprised that a shoe that i bought from you could not be delivered even after 10 days and your customer care puts the blame on courier.

    The entire thrill of shopping and your deceptive ad keeps floating my mind . I was supposed to be updated by someone from your customer care today and that too didnt happen and when I call the same old story. Plase understand that we dont buy things online because its not available in the counter shops , but there is thrill involved in it . I was warned by one of my friends not to shop through Jabong as he had the same story, but I thought it doesnt happen always.

    I must say that the Customer Service at Jabong is terrible and pathetic…. It is supposed to be a toll free number but is busy 24 hours and no one is reachable… And just incase we do get in touch with the Jabong Customer care they are so rude and behave as though they are doing us a favour talking to us.
    I bought a product AP953SH09CTQ-165852 (flip flops) / Order #120413869502464 of 13/04/2012 23:08 for which the order is purple and black slippers…. I not only got the wrong colours but the wrong size as well…… Have been trying to call Cusotmer Care for the las 24 hours and am not able to get through…… Please advice on this pathetic service
