Am not happy WITH the service I HAVE received from Istore/South Africa , and the endless hassles with the LIGHTENING JACKS THAT have just stopped working after a couple months, and no compensation whatsoever. Three DATES 12/08/2020 paid R249 , and then it just stopped working , all I could hear was SIRI while trying to listen and talk on mic of my earphones, then the same thing happened with the purchase of 29/11/2020 for the same price of R249,00 THOSE were from the Menlyn STORES, `THEN I purchased another on for the same amount in BLOEMFONTEIN store R249, and the same thing happened again recently, AND then the most recent experience was at CENTURION / ISTORE on SUNDAY the 30/5/2021, PURCHASED the lightening jack for 245rand , but only this time the jack got stuck in the door of the car, and the pin became loose , and when I placed back in phone the pin remained behind, and when I went the Tuesday for help , I was told nothing can be done about it , I understand its damage for this one, but the others stopped from no fault of mine, and I have had no compensation whatsoever, if you want all the proof of slips and payments I have them. COMPENSATION was zero, I have literally spent since June last year 2020 spent R1245 on five lightening jacks , and no help , the other four were not damaged they just stopped working. For a world wide company I think the service I received was underrated.
