Kindly send us the System update for android 11 as soon as possible. We need to enjoy the features, we as loyal infinix users. It is disappointing that in most cases infinix doesn’t send android system updates which should be done. Kindly do so. It is my wish as a loyal infinix user. This is why some users will shift as they don’t receive the updates
I Want to express my dissatisfaction in the infinix S4 I purchased from Spectrum store at Ikeja on the 4/09/19, likewise poor service of your head of service center Mr Daniel.
A one week old phone went blank after series of “hanging”, ring tone echoing, and so on.Â
It was very annoying and unprofessional that I was asked same question by several people I was told to meet in course of getting I fixed, and no one could profer solution.Â
It is very disheartening as its happening from a respected company.
I’m not pleased, the issue persists!Â
Please why are you people flooding my phone with unnecessary Ads? This is frustrating and the whole rubbish keep draining my data. Alot of people using Infinix phone are complaining the same especially on Infinix hot 5. Soon will stop buying Infinix if this continues. Please I’m not enjoying my phone anymore due to this useless Ads popping up on my phone 247. Thanks

Please I have been using itel phone for so long, am a news reporter. Itel has been so good only that the storage capacity is not exceeding 16gb!!! I bought my Infinix Note 5 (modal – x604) has a bigger storage capacity But mine has some functions which is missing like;
1 – I can’t record my phone calls!
2 – I can’t use my head set to change my radio stations all this Inconveniences my work.
Please is there any alternative to get this missing setups on my 4n
Or I go back to my itel typ?
