    I have difficulty to reach the Indosat customer service. Tried via email, facebook, via website with formulir and calling.But no solution at all on my probleem.

    My first contact is 16 january 2018, until today stil no solution. (I ask for billing details of November December 2017 and January 2018. I ask those details because I have to pay a lot for the number that I don’t use.

    Today I received email from Mr. Gilang. he said that system is under maintenance. Hope he can help me out with this matter.
