On the receipt of above goods it was noted that in 1 set only one side speaker is working and in other set there it disturbance sign.

I purchased Nugen AND1 mobile from online shopping website HomeShop18.com. On the website, it showed the specifications as 1.2GHZ processor, 2GB RAM and 4GB internal Storage. But my mobile phone has only 235 MB RAM, 125 MB internal storage and does not support GPS. I want to give back this mobile and get a refund of money. Not satisfied.
Have purchased Karbonn A15 Mobile Phone from HomeShop18 & got it shipped on Dec 20, 2012. Last two days i am facing problems with 3.5mm jack & Speaker. When i am trying to complain on customer care number they suggest me to go to service centre. Within a week I faced problem on this set. Sad.

I have ordered Dhamaka offer of 5 printed sarees by Anya + i printed saree free, product code is 30269452 which I have received on 21.11.2011. I am surprised about the quality of the sarees. I am not satisfied with the quality as it is not what you have advertised in the show. More over one of the saree is in damaged condition, The sarees seem like old stock.

Homeshop18 is the worst customer care service provider..No one is capable of taking care of the things..
I had ordered an hair dryer on 7th of sept,2012. HS had committed in their online portal that the goods will be delivered in 4-5 working days, but till today, i.e 15th sept,2012, there is nothing from the HS team.. even about the AWB or courier company under which the goods will be sent. I contacted the HS team on phone on 14th sept,12, and their executive assured that the goods will be dispatched and will reach soon i.e within 2 -3 days. I again visited the site of HS which showed the status as “VERIFIED” which was contrary to what the Sales executive told me. Previously also I had ordered some goods but it reached me more or less on time with a day or two grace.
