Come on Flymo. The website for customer services does make it look as though Flymo are trying to avoid customers. I have gone round and round in circles trying to ask a simple question. (The question is “How can I buy a replacement power supply unit for my Flymo easilifé robot mower?” The part is apparently out of stock. So, after I have paid a few hundred pounds for the mower, and lost the power supply before I even installed it, Flymo make life very difficult, and seem to be intent on ensuring that I can never use it. I have not yet, after several attempts, found the email address. I hope someone from Flymo reads this. Poor customer relations are not good for business, unless you subscribe to the “Wish” business model.
Bought a Flymo lawnmower, after 12 months one of the screws attaching the handle to the main body snapped. Contacted customer services with my warranty to get it repaired. They informed my warranty was still valid although they wanted me to travel one of their nominated stores to get the damage assessed before agreeing to repair it. The store was 20 miles away, as you can imagine I didn’t want to waste my time and money to travel to a different location .Think this must be a tactic they use to put you off claiming on their warranty. I had to repair the best I could, it’s not ideal and it’s looking as though I will have to buy a replacement.
Like the previous poster, the customer service is useless. Still using the COVID excuse over 2 years since the pandemic started. Honestly, if they haven’t worked out how to let customer service teams work from home by now, then I don’t hold much hope for their business in the long term. So far they have collected my mower (that broke after 5 months of use) and still have it 25 days later saying that “we are waiting for parts”. Now the are ignoring any requests for updates!
The customer service is absolutely useless. Apart from the usual reply saying due to coronavirus etc it will take longer to get back to you. 3 weeks now I have been waiting how much longer do I have to wait ? Using situation to cover for their laziness.
I bought a flymo lawnmower visimo 32 product no 9643223/01 2 years ago for my small lawn and it now stops after 30 seconds of starting, or doesn’t start up at all, so it is useless. Needless to say the guarantee has expired, and all I can do now is to buy a new lawnmower which will certainly not be flymo again. Also your customer services no starting with 0334 on your website is notoperative and I strongly object to paying for an 0844 number.
