I have been calling to enquire on flight change charges. I was put on hold for more than half an hour. You only get to hear apology messages for the delay numerous times but no one answered. Eventually l had to cut off the line and called later only to go through the same situation.
I just spent hours on the phone with Fiji Airways to use my credit from two years ago which they refused to use and then I spoke to a manager who told me she was going to call me back as their systems were down after I gave my credit card information for seat selection and she neglected to call back. They took my visa information and pretended they were processing the charges for our seat selection. I have never delt with such a incompetent manager who refused to help. I am so disappointed in Fiji Airways and would never recommend them to anyone..the worst customer care I have ever experienced with an airline.

Worse airline ever. Leaving to young girls stranded at Honolulu airport after their flight was cancelled. Girls told you’ve have a flight booked for next day at airport next morning, girls arrive at airport and told that Fiji airways have not paid for their flight even though this was confirmed in a email and they cannot board, Shocking service and no duty of care to passengers.they are still left stranded at airport.
