I have purchased Eureka Forbes Euroclean WD X2 Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner, from you, from your Mulund Branch, Mumbai 400 081, on 8th August, 2021. CUSTOMER ID 6000307604
On delivery it was found to be Defective piece, immediately I requested for replacement, but till date I have not received it. It’s been almost 3 months since then. Your transaction reference no. is 50679298 for Rs. 14,840/- Dated. 8th August, 2021.
I had purchased your x- force vacuum cleaner on 22 Nov 2017. It was a defective piece and ever since I am reporting this matter to your Customer Care and local offices here, but it has not yet been corrected despite lapse of five months. Worst service from a renowned company. Very shameful.

I am very very disappointed with the service provided by Euroclean.
Eurekaforbes conducted an advertisment campaign in our Jain’s Alpine Meadows,at Chrompet, Chennai, Tamilnadu, S.India. In that one MS.Jayanthi (mobile no. 9786829660) convinced me to go for a vacuum cleaner and so in a few days one Mr. Vaniyakumar Mobile number (8807803996) came.At that time the maid said she cannot use it. So Vaniyakumar gave me many promises. I am 72 years old retired professor without any Pension. When I explained all these Mr. Vaniyakumar gave me the following promises.
1. He said he will take my old vacuum cleaner in exchange for the new dynamite. At the time of delivery he said he will bring a DD for Rs.500/- & take the old vacuum cleaner. In the Acknowledgement For Documents (sl.no. 104120 dated 20/12/2016) he gave me he has mentioned it.
2. Since our maid refused to clean the house with the vacuum cleaner & I am a senior citizen Mr. Vaniyakumar promised to give me a senior citizen reward card which ensures free 2 service per one year for 3 years which can be extended to 5 years.
3. He said he will give a free demonstration by cleaning the apartment when he comes with the new vacuum cleaner
I trusted him and gave the cheque for RS. 5100/- on
20 /12/2016. 22nd the cheque was en-cashed. To my shock I received a vacuum cleaner by courier on 23/12/2016. No one has come till date to give a free demonstration as promised in your web page and mr.Vaniyakumar had also gave me a promise at the time of purchase to come with the new vacuum cleaner & demonstrate. Since the vacuum cleaner came by a courier I contacted him. He promised to come after after Christmas. All the promises given have gone with the wind. No sign of the senior citizen reward card, DD for Rs. 500/- Till 6th I waited for the promises to be carried out Then with the customer care I lodged a complaint N0. 98139666 on 9/01/2017 one Ms. Kalaivani on 9th & on 10/01/2017 one Ms. Lavanya received the complaint. After that once in two days I have been calling 18602661177. Every time they will say the same day or latest next day evening they will send a person. Unfortunately till today no one has come. Package is kept intact without opening.
I regret for believing your company.
I have a Euro clean STORM car wash currently not working. It seems Euro Clean discontinued this product and hence stopped support for the same too which is highly contradictory. In all fairness though the product is discontinued, it is obligatory on the part of Euro Clean / Eureka Forbes to extend support at least for a minimum period of 5 years and my car wash is just 2 years old. The water is leaking from the Gun and I want Euro Clean to fix the problem and if the Gun needs to be changed then I am ready to buy it too. Please any one who is in-charge and at least supportive please reply my mail.

Hi, wanted to inform you about your pathetic services despite charging a premium cost. Off late I Called for a pick up for drycleaning at your DLF 4 store (9899154202), and booked an appointment, none of your staff representative came nor did anyone care to inform of cancellation, this repeated for one more time, tired I stepped in to your store and was promised a delivery date of Friday (15/01/2016), to your best practices no one gave a call or came for delivery, until today no body rang me up for the delivery, after calling your store I complained but the guy at the other end turned a deaf ear and did not try even to give an explanation or offered a sorry on demanding his supervisors no he refused to do so.
If you continue like this, few more days and you shall be washed out of the market.
let me know if this is your strategy or you shall offer an apology with the assurance of the complaint being addressed to.
I have paid Rs.1000/- for purchase of the euroclean vaccum cleaner in advance to Mr. Amol Sonar contact no. 8983302714,But no ffedback is received regarding when I will get the delivery. when he called he is telling that I wiil call back u within a houre. But no feedback . What to do?

I had placed a request for them both attachments with your service provider Aqua Point located at New Delhi more than 4 months back but since they have not been able to help me.
