About EMS Speed Post
EMS Speed Post is part of India Post and is an express postal delivery service. India Post became part of the EMS Union in 1998. Customers can send through EMS six days a week. There are more than 10,55,000 retail outlets and post offices that offer EMS across India. Speed Post’s domestic services can be used to deliver letters and parcels of up to 35kg. Users can avail the service round the clock in select offices.
After dispatching an item, the same can be tracked and traced using the reference number. Delivery information will be received via SMS. Corporate customers can avail free collection from their premises. Corporate customers can avail credit facility and volume based discounts. If you need to calculate the rates, you can do same through Tariff Structure tab on the website. Besides domestic parcels, the international Speed Post (EMS) is available in all Departmental Post offices across the country.
The general maximum weight is 35kg. Some countries have lower weight restrictions, details of same are available online. All articles are subject to customs examination. My Speed post has been dispatched from ahmedabad since 25th June from BNPL ahmedabad. But now it has been stuck at EMS Speed post center delhi from last 5 days. It has not moved an inch. It is critically urgent

My wife sent me a letter by EMS from Gangtok, Sikkim, number EW017963017IN on the 10.10.2018 and has inched its way to Delhi on the 22/10/2018 15:21:16 India DELHI, EMS SPEED POST CENTRE.
Since 22.10.2018 the letter has not moved from that office and I don’t know why they don’t forward it further as it is EMS and I need the letter urgently, otherwise she could have sent it by ordinary mail.
Please could you look into this and nudge the guys to finally forward it. The customer support numbers don’t work, so please
