I am currently staying at embassy suites in Miami, fl by the airport. I stay at an embassy suites any time I can. However, this experience is horrible tonight. I have complained about the noise 3 times and have been told that the supervisor is taking care of it. There is a prom and they said their contract was up at mid night. It is 12:49am and the noise level is still out of the roof! This is so inconsiderate to the paying guest. I was going to wait until my return home to complain but this is outrageous.

You desk clerks need to learn how to be more discreet. Issues with several parties with their debit cards including ours. Security feature on debit cards most banks have….$300.00 per day limit. Everyone knew our business….as it was discussed in a not so discreet manner. We ended up paying the $140.96 that our card would not cover over the limited amout until the next day with cash. Too many slumber parties booked for the weekend. With children running around without much adult supervision. Knocking on doors…running into people, being total brats. I want to say at least 5 room with 10 to 12 children in each room. The adult was either on the phone or in the bar. When we went to check out we had a reciept slipped under our door stating we owed nothing. Dropped our keys off at the front door and walked out was half way to our vehicle when the desk clerk yells at me and tells me there is a issue with payment that we still owed money on our room. I was mortified….as everyone outside and in the lobby after I went in knew there was a issue….again not too discreet. Turns out my billed had been paid in full the clerk just hadn’t followed all the way through the process. Doesn’t make me want to ever stay at an Embassy again.
