    Dlink routers are the worst. I have wasted tens of hours trying to get it work, and even took it to the service center. They are not able to help me, and I’ve invested so much time. Now I’m just going to throw it away.

    I purchased a D-Link AC1200 router on Dec 13, 2016 at Walmart. A few weeks ago it started to be erratic & then stopped working. Some of the flashing lights that normally operated stopped to operate.

    I have now purchased another router.
    How do I get a refund on this D-Link that went bad.
    What is the protocol for returning it?

    I have purchased a Dlink DIR-605L, a Cloud Router Wireless N 300 Cloud Router. For few days it worked well. But after that it gave problems in connecting and I am really frustrated. Give some solution for that problem.

    I purchased Route DIR 615 from Chroma in the month of Aug 2012. This is not working for the last over 15-20 days. I have tried to lodge the complaint but it has not been properly lodged. Please lodge the complaint and help me in putting the Router in working order.

    Just purchased a Dlink DIR 600..I tried connecting it to my Broadband and installed the router using the Dlink CD..I can connect to the internet using a hard wired connection but not wireless. I can detect my own SSID and key in my security key. But after trying to establish the connection it will just say Not Connected. Can you help me with this issue.
