Hello. I had purchased two of the Crompton LED bulbs 18 Watts each on Dec 11, 2017 from Amazon. Even so, I did not start using them immediately, let us say that I started using them from Jan 1, 2018. The LED has stopped working on Sep 30, 2018. I believe that since it is not yet an year since the date of invoice, as per the one year warranty period, I may be entitled to get it replaced. Let me know as to how may I avail the warranty. Thanks.

I had purchased a pair of CromptonCrompton Light Linea 20-Watt LED Tube Light (Cool Day Light) from Amazon online on the 25th of June 2017.
The order number was #407-8472796-1183561 (in earlier email wrong order number typed)
It is presently not functioning after about 3 months of usage.
As per the order, there is a two year warranty for the bulbs purchased. Request you to send a replacement for the same. The address is the same as is there in the Invoice.
I can handover to defective bulb to the concerned as well.

I want to know that have released any model of LED Street LIGht of 45 W : model LSTP-45-CDL ? And the sample received by me without any papers inside the box and any Sl no. found and the logo was not found as C G, embossed , but only CROMTON embossed on thr body found, let me understand that what are the original product by your company may be identified by customer; are producing the product with other company?
