I have 2 pedestal fans that can be operated by push button and also by remote ONE fan model no:AVE1A does not work by push button the other model ESTER is now not working either by button or remote. I called up your toll free no. 1800.419-0505 to put in my complain but to no avail. After holding on for several minutes there was no response. I called not once but several time. They kept repeating to book my complain by e-mail, hence this mail. Please depute you technician to set right the problem. Awaiting your reply.
About 20 or 25 days back I bought 12 CG fans (Asset Deco 50 1200mm Ujala scheme) @ Hyderabad mfd 4 u @ A17, IDA, Gandhi Nagar, Kukat Pally, Hyd. Of these, on the very 1st day, one fan got very overheated and the electrician declined 2 install it. Then, of the rest, one fan, fitted in the hall, ran continuously for about 4 hrs, got overheated, seized n stopped.
Today again, of the rest of fans, 2 – 3 fans started making friction-like sounds the moment the power was switched on. On checking, it was running smooth when rotated manually with power off. So, it makes checking the rest of them mandatory. I have to check once again running them continuously for some hours. I don’t know how many of them are going to be bad.
Going by the figures I have on hand, of the 12, one failed in the first hour; two failed by 3 days; two more on the verge of (?)seizure. Rest r yet 2 b checked out !!! What impression do I get??
I never expected this standard from CG….Probably it’s so because they r manufactured 4 Govt n sold to ‘stupid’ public who swallow everything that is given at a subsidy or on less price tag – the “sub chaltaa hai!” maal!!!

I purchased on 13th Feb 17 two CG C Fans but both are making noise while moving called the Kolkata office one gentleman has come but says nothing. Day by day the sound is increasing. Kindly help May be an old stock I have the details of my purchase.
Kindly replace the same the third one is working fine then why these two are like this?
