I’ve been trying for several weeks now to get in touch with them – by phone and by email. Some days i’m on the phone for at least an hour, just waiting on hold. While my phone bill mounts. I never get a response from them. The reason why I am contacting them is because my booking does not exist according to their website. Yet, i paid for this booking in February and want to do followup on it.
Wating on a refund of a ticket that was cancelled in March and I am still waiting for the refund 4 mohths later

I want to fly from Prague to Halifax, but on the return journey I need to have two stops. I want to book Premium Economy but I cannot reserve a seat from Toronto to Frankfurt. Why? The meals have been booked OK but no possible way to book Premium Economy seats on the return leg.
I booked a flight with Condor from Capetown to Barbados via Frankfurt .Am a bit concerned about all the negative reviews about Condor. While my priority when on an aeroplane is not food, but rather safety,punctuality, comfort, am a bit concerned that I will have to bring my own provisions while flying your airline. Will be on 2 very long flights and would like to know what is offered food wise and what the charges will be.
My wife and i were flying from Orlando to Manchester on May 21 2018. We were offered to delay our departure and fly on Virgin (because our scheduled flight was overbooked) in exchange for 200 pounds per person which we accepted We gave our bank info and got a receipt
It is now August 30 and I have called and sent emails
No response and every one in their cust service at Thomas Cook or Condor says there is nothing they can do.
It is a waste of time and efforts on our part and their staff. Very frustrating. Lousy service with a whiff of dishonesty.

Had a flight from Las Vegas (LAS) to Moldova (KIV). Very disappointed, that Condor made me to get my luggage in Frankfurt, pass passport control, go with my heavy bag from Terminal #1 to Terminal #3 and do all check in procedure again. They simply didn’t want to sent my luggage to final destination. Consider that, if you fly by Condor and have the connection flight.
