We ordered the Casper Hybrid about 2 weeks ago and love it! And as an added bonus the large box the matress came in has become the best playhouse for our 3 cats!
I am so disappointed and FRUSTRATED with this company! I ordered my mattress. The first time they came to deliver it, they didn’t have all the parts for the bed frame. So now my old mattress has black dirt on it from when they unloaded it from their truck because they were to haul it away. Two weeks later they arrive at my house with the same EXACT frame; yes, the box was open and they said they couldn’t put it together because parts were missing! Now I am making more calls to fix the situation. The next week, they are suppose to get me my bed. I get home and UPS had delivered the frame. No mattress! Plus, I was told I was getting the white glove set up delivery!!! I call again and explain that 3 delivery attempts have been made and all I have is a bill that needs to be paid. Once again, they attempted to set up a delivery. The delivery time they stated was from 10-4. My husband tore his quad and had already moved around his physical therapy appointments twice for the deliveries, he wasn’t going to do it again. We asked that the window be 12-4. They had the nerve to say that they could not guarantee that time frame! We decided to see what would happen. They called at 9:30 to say they would be at the house at 10; my husband said he was in PT and he could be there by 12. They didn’t deliver or call again. Yes, I cancelled my order! Then I couldn’t believe that they said they could have UPS pick up the frame and mattress protector the next day. THE NEXT DAY!!! REALLY? THEY COULDN’T GET ME A MATTRESS IN 4 WEEKS AFTER 3 MESS UPS, BUT THEY COULD GET THEIR MERCHANDISE THE NEXT DAY!!! Casper may have a quality product, but if you can’t get it what’s the point!
Purchased a king in July 2015. In the past year, a depression has developed at the edge and in about 18-24″ in the hip to lower rib cage area. If I turn towards the middle of the bed there is an upward feel and rollback towards the edge. When I sit on the edge at. Other points along the mattress there is a fairly firm feel and then where the dip is the material sinks much deeper. In the last week, I quarter-turned the mattress, so the dip is at the base of the bed. I’m 6′ and weigh 225. The base for the mattress is a metal frame with two box springs from the previous bed. On top of the box springs are 3/4″ high quality plywood sheets cut and fit to maximize support for the mattress. The base is super supportive. I realize the mattress is two years old, but something isn’t right and I should have dealt with this a year ago. Please advise.
There is usually a good reason why my gut tells me to wait on a purchase and sure enough it has come to pass. I have been researching your mattress and after listening to Mark Levin and Sean Hannity I was ready to commit. However, after hearing that you dropped your advertising on Sean Hannity due to political pressure, from anti 1st amendment forces, I now know your company is NOT one I will support with a purchase, no matter how good you think you may be. I would prefer doing business with a loyal, independent thinking, pro America company. Sean is a generous and moral individual and you have chosen not to support this type of individual. Saying what about your company? No guts,no glory?
