c2cC2c (Coast to City) is a UK-based train operator that existed under different names since the 1850s. It is currently owned and managed by the National Express Group. C2c’s route include Basildon, Benfleet, Chalkwell, East Tilbury, Grays, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Thorpe Bay, Upminster, West Ham, Barking, Chafford Hundred, Fenchurch St, Laindon, Limehouse, Purfleet, Shoeburyness, Southend East, Tilbury Town and Westcliff. Tickets can be booked at an authorized booking office or on the website using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta cards or Rail Travel vouchers. Use the Self Service Ticket Machine for instant reservation. You can use your credit or debit card for making a booking. All c2c stations have Self Service Ticket Machines.

The types of fares found include Advance, Anytime, Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak. Anytime fares are fully flexible tickets. Advance tickets are single fares on discount. Off-Peak fares are cheaper tickets on trains that are less busy. Tickets can be returned to any National Rail ticket office, except for season tickets. Refunds are available on most tickets. It must be claimed within 28 days of the ticket’s expiry date.
