We have bought your Black & Decker VM2825 2000-watt Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner Blue through Amazon in August, 2017. As directed by Amazon we have been following up with Black & Decker customer care to get a replacement machine as the machine is about 4 months old and we are under your warranty.
Having used “Black & Decker’ products in the past, we had no qualms in purchasing a vacuum cleaner from your brand. Initially we were quite happy with your product. On the 25th November, 2017, the machine just stopped working – making a funny grinding noise. We switched off the machine immediately, and never tried to start it again. At first, we immediately sent a mail to Amazon to request help on how to get a replacement. They informed us that as the machine was nearly 4 months old we were under the manufacturer warranty and so were supposed to follow up with you. So on the 30th November we sent our first mail to you on the same ID. It has been 8 days and the below mails does not inform me how to take this process forward.
The machine is being used in Mumbai. It would be best if you would have the machine replaced immediately. It is a real inconvenience to be without a vacuum cleaner for the last 15 days. We would appreciate some early action steps from your end.

I have a Black & Decker one -touch Chopper gifted to me by my daughter living in Canada one year back. It was working satisfactorily till date. Just 2 days back, during routine use, a spark was observed inside the body and it has stopped working thereafter. I am living at Vadodara (Gujarat).
