I have been looking forward to cancel my subscription since last one year, but their is no option to do that on the app and the customer care nos are all fake and not working. Big flix is a company that invites you to subscribe but keeps all information hidden on cancellation and tries to exploit customers. it asks you to cancel just 24 hrs before subscription renewal to fool customers. Stay away from this app. The last option I have is to cancel my credit card , to cancel my subscription .
The installation and purchase process did not indicate that the movies would only be in Indian language. It was originally suggested that English would be included. Also, it was not made clear that the only movies available would be movies made in India.
This was not correct information. I wish to cancel my subscription with immediate effect
