With a seating capacity of up to 18,000, Barclays Center hosts entertainment and sports events, offering modern and innovative facilities. The venue is situated on Atlantic Avenue, between Flatbush Avenue and Ft. Greene Place. If using Subway, there are several lines that stop near the arena. From Wall Street, Penn Station, Grand Central and Coney Island, you have trains leaving at different times. There are also 11 MTA bus lines towards the venue. The pre-paid parking is offered in partnership with ParkWhiz.

The sports events held include Basketball, Hockey, Boxing and Wrestling. In addition to that, the venue has hosted a variety of musical concerts. Barclays Center, which is home to the Brooklyn Nets (Basketball) and the New York Islanders (Hockey), is owned by the Brooklyn Arena Local Development Corporation.

Coming towards arena, the American Express Box Office is located in the GEICO Atrium inside the main entrance. Platinum Card Member, Centurion Member, Nets All Access, Islanders ICE PASS or Rinkside Seat holder can enter the Barclay Center through the dedicated American Express Platinum Entrance. Visitors using the entrance must present a valid card/pass along with the event’s ticket. Members can also bring in guests through the Platinum Entrance, provided they have a ticket. Tickets for most matches can be purchased online on the website or on portals such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, among others.

The shops found inside the venue include Sugar Factory (confections and retail merchandise), Net Shop by adidas and Starbucks.
