Having just checked my Bank Account (16/09/2019) and see that Avira have taken £38.99 from it, without my permission, I assume this Is for a subscription payment.
I have just purchased a new PC (last week) and it came with McAffee Antivirus and Firewall pre-installed, so I no longer need the Avira security, could you kindly return the £38.99 to my account.
I have been trying to log onto My Account but as I have forgotten my password found it impossible to do, when I have clicked on the “forgotten password” link I’ve received a link which cannot be opened, I am now prevented from trying as I have attempted it two many times.

I wish to cancel my subscription for Avira Antivirus Pro
Your reference number: 88552570. I paid £29.99 and am not happy with its cover. My PC got infected with a Trojan on 5 files in chrome, which corrupted my entire PC leaving me with a £70 bill paid to a Tech who had to reboot my windows operating system and to get rid of the virus.
Could you please see your way to give me a refund on my original purchase of your product.
