I have an AOC screen sitting in my living room. It arrived here defective and I cannot get anyone to either send a new screen or give me a refund so I can go and buy another screen. Customer Services in Greece keep just saying the same thing that one day someone might find a solution but as to when and what solution they have no idea. They dont have a telephone number for their head office, who apparently are the only ones who can make this decision. I hope someone out there who can resolve this problem reads this comment because I am completely fed up with the amount of time spent talking to aoc on the phone with no resolution to this problem.
So, one week later and the defective screen is still sitting in my living room and still no contact from AOC. Called the Greek customer services this morning and were as helpful as they can be but it seems there is no proper process for dealing with faulty goods, as there is still no offer of a replacement screen or a refund.
Very frustrated!
The most dismal customer service I have ever experienced.
Answered questions selectively.
Instructed me to allow the service centre repairing my monitor 10-14 business days to make the repairs, before ever even instructing me to actually send it anywhere, let alone sharing any relevant shipping instructions.
Laid the $500 shipping fees for a top-tier ultrawide curved display (repair covered under limited warranty) at my feet.
Oh, and the product was great right up until a random 4″-wide strip section of the montior just went dead one day.
