This morning I went to your store in St John’s Liverpool UK..They never had a single shopping trolley, only one shopping basket on wheels which I had to wait for, plenty of basket’s which I can’t use due to suffering from emphysema. I still like to get out and about for the foreseeable future while I’m in the early stages of this illness, part of the illness is I’m unable to carry shopping or anything heavy which only had to be a few items. I do hope you are replacing the above items in the future. May I take this opportunity to compliment your staff for the help I received today, a young Asian security guy and a young white man helping and directing customers at the self servicecheckout, as always the staff are second to none
