Very bad service from ABX. The parcel status shown as delivered, but I’ve not received it. My tracking no. MY233758796273K should have received the parcel yesterday but no one contacted me to inform about my parcel.
Recently I’ve encountered one of the worst service from abx. I received Whatsapp msg from JnT at exactly 2.47p.m yesterday telling me to pick up my package at JnT office at around 2-4p.m. Unfortunately, I only realized the Whatsapp msg at around 4p.m. So I msg them back telling them if it’s ok to come the next morning but there was no reply. I lived in the area which is quite far from town. so I used my school address whenever me and my colleagues do online shopping.
Today when I came to pick my package, I was charged RM2 by JnT. I didn’t say much and paid but when I bought my package online, I have actually already paid for the shipping delivery. Why do I have to pay twice for this? The service is getting worst than I thought.
So disappointed.
Worst service ever. Items sent out from Kota Bharu on 26/7 and till today 11/08 my boxes have not been delivered. Called customer service many many many times but seems there’s no point as no one got back to me and my boxes are still not delivered.
Will never use ABX ever again. Very disappointing service.
Looks likes your service is pretty lousy and I’ve many times experienced this from ABX BKI. Today the person delivering my item even scolded me for my address. He didn’t know where is the address and I get the blame! Why he never called earlier to verified?
It’s is through Lazada which I have no choice of selecting the courier agent I want. Had no choice if I’ve a choice I WOULD not select ABX at all. Your service is really not up to standard. Do take note of your service else you will lose it all.
Ordered an item from Shopee, seller from China. When parcel arrived Malaysia, ABX picked it up for domestic delivery. This is the worst ever! Usually the J courier picked up my parcel, less than 2 days arrived at my doorstep. This time with ABX, it has been more than 5 days, still not out for delivery! Never notify if have delay on delivering or what not. If you think you have too many parcels to deliver and your hub is overloaded, do not take more parcels! And then, delay delivery!!
I bought items at different Lazada stores, but why is the tracking number the same that I got from abx? Please explain to me why this problem can occur when there are different stores, so if there are different stores, the tracking number must be different.
My parcel has arrived at ABX branch (BKI) on 17/09 but untill yesterday I have not received my stock. I called to follow up yesterday and they said the runner sent out once but reached the shop at 6pm and no one there to receive. 1st, I did not receive any call saying there’s a parcel has arrived. 2nd, my address is an office shoplot and the runner sent at 6pm obviously shop like mine is a beauty center already closed. I called said I pick up the parcel myself because I need it urgently for the shop usage. But the customer service officer said I canot pick up myself. Instead have to wait for the runner. I ask when is the runner going to send the parcel, but the officer rudely just ask me to wait. I feel so hopeless because ABX’s took so long to deliver the parcel to me.

Its said that my parcel at Abx Facility , but when i check in my tracking number on your abx facility , it didnt show any results . Order item from China. Tracking read that item has been received at ABX Kota Kinabalu. For 3 days no movement was detected for delivery. Courier service supposed to be fast and efficient. ABX really suck. And this is not the first time I encounter this kind of stupid delay. I will strongly recommend my suppliers not to use this incompetent company
Parcel tracking no. SHX85410185CMY estimated expected delivery of the parcel is 7.4.2020. The delivery address is to my school where there is security personnel on the gate to receive the parcel. But the parcel had not been received yet.

I have been trying to called every week at ABX kk centre at Kota Kinabalu. Always have they own excuses to delayed my parcel. It has been one month already but yet still not reach to my address. My order LZXL0000542579. Anybody can assist me???????
They said nobody at home, but as far as I know, since we started PKP 18 March , my wife never leave our house. I will viral ABX service is really bad if I don’t receive my parcel within this few days.
Today, I wrongly received a parcel that doesn’t belong to me. I figure my parcel might be mixed up with other parcel as well. ABX need to sort the parcel out and read the address correctly before passing it onto the person who’s receiving it.
