I have recently came across my old Nokia 5230 and have decided to use it as a second phone, I cant get on line and it keeps telling me “EXPIRED CERTIFICATE” I have no idea what this is or how to fix it, Can you Please Help.

I purchased a NOKIA 3 from a shop , with all the information that it was made in Finland, but only i found out it assemble in china. the battery is built in , i bought the unit last December 15,2017 because of its latest version and durability and now my phone is not working anymore for i don’t know the reason why is not working apparently the phones is already shut down

I bought my new Nokia6 phone on 01.02.2018 (32GB internal storage & RAM-3GB) and on 06.02.2018 I input a new nano SIM and it asked me for a RESTART. I selected YES and then the phone switched-off automatically and after that it didn’t switched-on even after the phone was connected to the charger. The seventh and eighth digits of the IMEI number is “09” and according to the available sources, that does not represent any country. I am deeply in need of a new phone, since I broke my previous mobile phone. I trust NOKIA a lot since I have used many Nokia phones previously and that is the main reason I choose new Nokia6 this time also. But unfortunately, all my thoughts & feelings about Nokia got shattered this time due to this incident. I strongly believe that you would kindly do me a favor and do the needful to fix my issue/ problem/ matter on this new Nokia6 phone. I hope you will consider this issues seriously and do the needful from your-end specially for a client who have kept a trust on your new product.

You have a MASSIVE market for the new 3310 here (ALL the younger people will buy them for their grandparents!), if you can do this, but the 2G network is being phased out in Australia by 2018.

I have a Nokia E63 mobile phone which I bought in 2011. I have kept in very good condition; and it has been functioning well. However, the problem am experiencing with it is that some applications have become non-functional. It started with quick office and now google and linkedin have also followed. I am fearing that my phone is soon becoming obsolete. Please advise me.
Can anyone know how to unlock Nokia Lumia 630 to unlock for free of charge. Their Customer Service is so poor, I wonder how they survive in US.
My Lumia 900 purchased 1n 2012 dropped and the phone was opened up. I gathered the battery and the sim and approached a service center who told me the sim tray is missing. Without the sim tray they could not trace the IMEI I took some time and then tracked down the same back home and gave them the number. I was told it will cost me UAE dirhams 700/- and though i agreed for the payment, i have not got any call back from them and it is over a year and they just did not get back to me.
Just unbelievable!

Nokia customer service is getting pretty bad. I recently purchased nokia mobile 1800 from Spain. When i insert sim it shows “invalid sim”. Nokia is not giving me unlock code, they are demanding money for it. It is wrong on Nokia’s part to do this.
I have two E7 nokia phones none of the 2 work properly. The touch screen gets frozen, I can’t even answer the phone. Charging the phones is another frustrating experience I bought different charges thinking that was the issue but NO it only charges sometimes if I am lucky.
Customer service it is IMPOSSIBLE, after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes with no answer I decided I will buy another phone and never ever buy a nokia again.

The service and quality of the Nokia phones and nokia care center and customer service is world class. Once your phone went to repair than u can be sure it will never be repaired.
1. Nokia E72 : Great Phone but didnt get a chance to see its greatness. I took a business phone so that it will be a help for me. Since i have taken a nd within 3 months it started giving problems.
2. Nokia care center : World class.I visited the Nokia Care center, BTM Bangalore, India. I have to only give my phone 4 times to get my audiophone repaired. After that Key pads and softwares not working than also its not their mistake its the customer mistake on how they use.
3. Nokia Customer Service, India : Outstanding. Guys beware they defend their nokia care centers very well. Even though there is a mention that the phone has been tampered by their Nokia care center, they are not ready to act against the nokia care center but defending and blaming the customer.
They will do a favour of getting your phone repaired if you pay the repair charges and you sign some dead agreement form.Dead agreement says that the phone can be permanently damaged and the care center is not responsible for it. After all their best engineers are trying their best.
So Nokia guys keep up the good work.I am cnfident U will achive your goal of not having any customer with Nokia.
