On December 27, 2017, at Lennox Square in Atlanta, Georgia, I had the pleasure of meeting and working on fresh, attractive make-up with Jonathan, the Marc Jacobs representative in the Neiman Marcus store. His knowledge of not only the Marc Jacobs products (and the pros and cons of other products) together with his sparkling personality made the entire experience a delight – especially since I had been dreading the possibility of coming out of Neiman Marcus looking like a painted doll with products I could not apply by myself at home. Jonathan’s instructions, choice of colors, and products made me very happy! No oversell, just professionalism with a sparkle! He also got along very well with other representatives in the area…no competition, engagement with a smile. Awesome … kudos to Neiman Marcus and to Jonathan for his service. I will be back.
