    I placed an order for Micromax a100 last month on the 18th of August. I received it on the 27th August 2012..the phone worked well for 2 to 3 days and on 2nd Sept evening the phone suddenly stopped working. The Customer Service is pathetic. Some how i got a hold of a agent on 3rd Sept. He informed I will have to give it to the nearest service center that is 40 miles away from my house but never told me till the 24th of Sept that i can get a replacement for the phone as the mother board of the phone had gone bad. I am still waiting for my phone and every time i ask for a manager or contact details they say they cannot help me with it – “strange” . Seriously i had enough of Micromax please refund my money or give me a new phone. One of your customer service agent named Simran even slammed the phone on me when i was talking. This is the height of what I could bear. Last 2 times I was told that my product will reach me in 7 working days but it has not yet been delivered.

    I bought a fun book yesterday through window shopping and got a discount coupon for Tata Photon inside the packet. I visited the Tata Photon outlet Sec-18 noida and showed that coupon to them.     Micromax is one of the worlds worst company. I have given my mobile for service on 27/09/2011 at V connect solutions chennai and still I have not got my mobile. Every week I have been contacting the service center but they are saying that they have not got the mobile. When contacted micromax they said that they have dispatched the mobile. I am totally frustrated with micromax service. NEVER BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS.IT IS TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

    I have purchased a Mobile Instrument. The details of purchase are as below.

    The model is good and has good features but the battery performance is very poor.
    It gets discharged in 8 to 10 hours even without any use. If used, it lasts only for few hours.
    Is it common? If not, may I apply for replacement of battery? Please guide me in this regard.

    on 17/08/11 i purchased a x395 from m/s Bhagwati Electronics, karol bagh, new delhi-5 …a month later the phone stopped charging…i went to your authorised service centre m/s the mobile care, B-36, first floor, guru nanak pura, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092, they changed some part and charged me two hundred fifty rupees eventhough it was in warranty..after 4 days i got same problem as well as audio problems..i deposited my set to the same service station on 17/09/11..they told me that I can collect my set between 27/9/11 to 30/09/11..but after 27/9/11 i visited several times..they are not returning my set and now are directing me to a different service center…this is poor customer service from Micromax…regret buying this product..

    I recently purchased a Micromax Mobile Q2+ in Andhra Pradesh state in Nizamabd district. I am now facing lot of problems with the set. It in fact gets automatically switched off. I visited the customer service center some 6 times, but no luck. Very poor customer service support.

    Iam Siva from Chennai using your mobile for the past 10 years. Never used a worst mobile like Micromax and the service centres in Chennai by name Vconnections and Deprosys are worst. Had terrible times after purchasing Micromax Q7 in the month of March 2011. The phone was not charging and had handed the same for service to Vconnections, Chennai. After 2 months received the same with PCB changed. Again after one month had the same problem added to that mobile got switched off often. Vconnections is now not accepting my mobile for service. This is not good for Micromax.

    Recently i purchased Micromax X-285. Within 10 days,the display went off. When i approached the retailer, he said that i might have dropped it or it might have been due to some impact,which i obviously refused as i actually didnt.(and thats the first thing any retailer would say if you have any complaint). The service centre also said that the is no provision of checking what happened.The only option is i have to pay for the (ie display )replacement of the same which is Rs 950.Now i want to know that is Micromax a genuine brand or are you guys selling CHINESE crap by your name. My friends now told me that i shouldnt have gone for it.Its a bloody fake brand. I swear that i shall never ever buy any of your junk products in future and shall also advice all my friends to avoid MICROMAX.Its better to go for a chinese brand rather than MICROMAX.

    I bought a Q7 from Dubai and I started using it just one week back. Once i fully charge the battery it would not exist not more than 6 -7 hrs.(my utility is very less and most of the time idle) I bought this because it is an indian product and i want to promote my country’s product as a feel of patronage. The second problem is the voice quality is very low we cannot listen the other end receipient voice and we stress for more voice to speak.

    i had purchased micromax qube in february 2011. it worked fine for maybe a month or so but then it started showing minor little problems, like getting switched off by itself without any warning and minor callibration problems. when i went to the micromax service centre in my city, they told me the phone was completely ruined and provided me with a new one. this new phone that they gave me, i soon discovered, was worse off than the previous set. it too wud get switched off after fifteen minutes, its battery wouldnt last for more than an hour, the screen wud go white, it would continously keep hanging. but when i went back to the service centre, it was no longer there. they had cleared the building. after some days i got to know of a different micromax service centre. when i went there and explained my trouble, they told me that i had to give 1500 for repairs. when i asked them what was wrong with it, they told me that i ”wouldnt understand”. when i told them that the the service centre had given me a bad handset, they said they were not responsible for the other service centre, that they were the distributers and worked as a separate entity. i have no options left but to contact the cunsomer court if my handset is not either replaced, or repaired without any payments as it is still well within the guarantee period. please help

    i have purchased m/max GC360 at kalyan maharashtra state on 29 jan 2011 but i regret to state that the product is of no use from that day i am not able to use use it as it have so many problems and the service centre executive at your dombivali is also non responsive is just doing dilly dallyin . i am now gong to publish this story in all media regarding the phone and your service.


    I purchsed a Micromax Q55 BLINK. But, after 20 days,the handset Earplug not working properly and giving sound problem. Then, I go to “Mozo Service Centre”, for sought out the problem. But, after checking the mobile, ‘Mozo’ employees told me that the main problem in the “JACK”. And mobile needs to change the “JACK”. They suggest me that your mobile sent to Micromax Company for replace the JACK and Co. taking time for atleast One Month, so it is better that you change the “JACK” on payment of Rs.200/-. I had agreed for payment of Rs.200/- better then my mobile gone to Co. and I am suffered for one month without the handset.

    But, not the least, after few months, in the month of FEBRUARY, 2011 my mobile screen shown “LOW TEMPERATURE” and not charging the mobile. I again contacted “MOZO”, they told me that the in the handset the main problem is “SOFTWARE” and “SOME SERIOUS INTERNAL/CHARGING PROBLEM”, and your handset sent to MICROMAX CO. for reparing, and Co. will take one month time. But after THREE MONTHS, they did not given back my handset. I contacted them 40-50 times, but they always told me that “COMPANY SE PHONE NAHI AAYA HAI, IS COMPANY SE TO HUM KHUD PARESHAN HAI. COMPANY PHONE TO BAICH(SELL) DETI HAI, PAR USKE PARTS SUPPLY NAHI KARTI HAI.” They always told me that you come after few days. Now, previous days, ‘MOZO SERVICE CENTRE” address changed, but they did not informed the customers for changing address. They shifted to “NEAR MAHARAJA BANQUET HALL/ NEAR LAXMI NAGAR DISTRICT CENTRE”.

    I have requested MICROMAX COMPANY to solve my problem, because I am suffering/harrassed by your authorised dealer for the last 3-4 months. Otherwise, I’ll go to CONSUMER COURT, and file the suit againt “MOZO” and “MICROMAX CO”. The address of the service centre is given below :-

    Respected sir

    I have one mobile of your company Q5fb. I was facing one problem in the phone. Mobile is not working with TATA DOCOMO sim cards. My phone is under guarantee period. So I have given the hand set to my retailer named HARSH TELECOME (Dudhia talaw shopping center, Navsari). He has sent to authorized distributors to repair it.

    I have received the phone after 6 weeks. But when I have received the phone I have noticed some changes in the phone.

    • My original phone was with Green ezpad, received phone is with orange ezpad. No problem with it.
    • Received phone Track Ball / OK key is too hard it seems that it was used horribly by someone. I can not understand when company solved one problem how can other problem accrue. Don’t you check the phone before deliver to customer?
    • M_IMEI and S_IMEI numbers are changed new numbers are received, when I have asked the retailer he replied me that company has changed the said numbers of your phone. When I have asked for the certificate of new number they says the it was not received form the company. So please send me the certificate for the new numbers and also asked retailer to change the Track ball / OK key.
