Purchased a Alto K 10 from Vipul Motor, Jaipur in May 2011. I am facing new problems. Denting on the car, door not working properly, gear problem and alignment flaws.
you can get it serviced at nearest service center
It is to inform & have your views about the front body’s height above the ground level for Alto K-10 & Maruti 800 which I have used & presently using. I have observed that the OILPAN OF ALTO K-10 has damaged the SECOND TIME & the 800 which I had used for over 15 years & this problem never occured. I would request you to look into this & if this is some technical problem due to ground level or other. Please let me know & compensate for the same. I had purchased the Alto – K-10 from RANA MOTORS, GURGAON.
What are requirement to become dealers in UP
I bought a maruti zen in July 2001 from PASCO Gurgaon. After four years the colour of the hood started fading and I compained to the authorized service centre. They informed me that it is due to weathering. This fading has spread over to other portions of the body by now. One expert painter has informed me that such fading of colour in any original maruti car without any accident is not understood and he adviced me to approach the company with this complaint.
Kindly advise me for further course of action.

Sub: Continued trouble in my Maruti Omni vehicle AS01T-2560
The problem started gradually after servicing on 25/05/2011 in Adabari, Guwahati Service Centre. The vehicle started vibrating and slipping in all gears. The vehicle was taken for servicing/repair on 14/01/2012 on which Paid servicing including and Cotter pin, spacer, Filter Assy Oil, Bush Tension Rod, Cyl Assy FR Wheel, Coolant (SB) Non Amine, Brake Fluid 6C 1500AA (250 ML Pack), MGO(20W40)-Castrol, Under Body coat, Brake overhaul Complete, Tension Rod nd/OR Bush side R&R were done at the cost of 5,437.00. Further, wheel alignment at the cost of 999/- was done in outside garage since the service center machine was said to be out of order.
After all this, the problems of vibration, slipping and brakes pulling in one side continued. The vehicle was taken again to the service centre on 21/01/2012 on which replacement of Flywheel complete, Cover clutch, Clutch release bearing with retain, Cable assy clutch , Clutch Overhaul, Crank shaft Fly Wheel R&R, Clutch Cable Assy R&R all ware done at the cost of 4302/- but the troubles still persisted as before.
The service people were with their own mind set and was insisting on “go and report back if the problems do not die down after couple of days run”
It may be appreciated that being a senior engineering professional, for that matter anyone with knowledge in the field cannot accept such a situation.
The company may therefore like to look into the matter and sort out the issue worth to its very high reputation in the industrial world.

I purchased Wagon-R LXi from the local showroom Tristar Cars, Nagpur on 20-10-2011. At the time of Booking of the car, the executives promised me to give some accessories which they termed as FOC (Free of Cost). But at the time of delivery they fitted the accessories which are local not MGA.
My question is :
If in the showroom the local accessories (non-MGA) are fitted irrespective of either free or on cost in nature, how Maruti is allowing dealers to fit those local accessories?
What is guarantee that these dealers will not sell non MGA to accessories to the customers who are mostly first time buyers?
When I argued regarding the MGA accessories they said it is a promotional agenda. Kindly give the clarification.
Apart from this, the dealer forced me to purchase a Car Music Sys. JVC make which is 2000 Rs costlier than the same make in the JVC Showroom. Why is difference between the rates? They said the warranty will void if I fit the car stereo outside as it may lead to failure of system. How it is possible.
If a successful & reputed brand like JVC/Pioneer are giving warranty for their models why Maruti is restricting to purchase & fit the stereo outside. What is guarantee the dealer is not tempering the wires during fitting of stereo or any other accessories? In that case if any electronic problem encountered in the car how company can identify the violation of warranty conditions as in both the case of accessories fitting (Showroom / outside) tempering can happen?
As my car is LXi model , I need to install a security system from the show room which they said is a MGA of Nippon make. Till date the system is not available and as per the dealer the system may not arrive for another couple of months. In this scenario when the security system is not available in the showroom and I cannot purchase & install it from outside (as it may void warranty) what should I do?
For the above the amicable solution is that I can purchase security system of reputed brand like AutoCOP which itself serving 2-3 yrs warranty and get it fitted in the show room. But the dealer has not agreed to it.

I am having Maruti Zen car purchased in 2002..it is having tinted glass in built at the time of purchase can you help me or guide that these are as per specification 70% or 50% visibility.
We had booked a Swift Desire LDI in Glistering Grey color through Swani Motors Amritsar on 16/08/12. It is booked under the name P. Kumar and our allotment Number is 1701-P-65986. We were told a waiting period of 5-6 months. We have visited the dealership numerous times but have not got any favourable response. They don’t give us even any rough idea about when we would get the car. Whenever we visit, they ask us to wait for 15 days.
